You will: Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors at the reception desk. Effectively manage the switch board ensuring incoming calls are directed to the right areas. Alert colleagues when a visitor arrives to see them Assist walk in customer for order inquiries. Assist warehouse to communicate with customers for any issues. Participate in general office administration duties About You You are someone who resonates with our Great Service, Always! approach and prides themselves on their ability to interact positively with customers. You will also possess: Great presentation standards Excellent verbal communication skills High attention to detail Good with technology – on the job system training will be provided Fluent speaking English, Mandarin ( Chinese background company but customer group is multi-culture customers) Fluent English speaking is mandatory!
